Minister Daryl L. Fletcher Sr. is an eclectic renaissance man. He is called to ignite passion in the hearts and minds of people. He has served in ministry for over 12 years working with Youth and Young Adults. Minister Fletcher brings a unique flare and style to ministry embracing his charismatic and pentecostal roots. The beginning of his ministry training came from his Spiritual Father the late Bishop Isaiah S. Williams, founder of Jesus People Ministries Church Int’l, now led by Dr. Gloria Williams.
Minister Fletcher was the creator and co-host of the Youth television program Youth Impact TV aired on TBN’s Youth Network JCTV. He also co-host the hit show Holy Hip Hop Show and was a cast member on the Cruise with a Cause Reality series aired on JCTV.
Minister Fletcher received Christ at the age of 12, however walked away from the things of God. In college he rededicated his life to Christ and began a life long journey of discipleship. He has developed and utilized his talents, skills, and efforts for ministry, cultivated the gifts that God had placed on the inside of him. The Gifts of the Holy Ghost are in full operation in these end times. As a minister he endeavors to operate and cultivate the gifts of the Holy Ghost in order to be a blessing to the body of Christ
As an accomplished tailor Minister Fletcher has a custom clothier and wardrobe consulting service where he clothes men and women all over the east coast of this great nation.
Minister Fletcher has traveled across the nation declaring the works of God and igniting the passion of Christ in the hearts and minds of those he comes in contact with. Passionate, Innovative, Creative, he is a man that loves God and loves his people. He lives by a motto of Get in the L.O.O.P Live On Optimal Purpose.
Vision
- As an outreach and evangelism ministry the vision of Dynamic Encounter Ministries is vast. God has given Minister Daryl Fletcher Sr. a vision to minister to people in various arenas of life. The future of Dynamic Encounter Ministries reaches beyond the confines of the 4 walls of the church building. The Vision includes: traveling evangelistic team that ministers in challenged and poverty stricken areas, online media ministry, online radio, horse ranch and farm to minister to at risk youth, and a performing arts training center for youth. Dynamic Encounter utilizes unconventional means in order to deliver the Gospel. We venture to develop disciples to have an Dynamic Encounter with Christ on a daily basis.
Beliefs
- We are confident that there is one true and living God, the Creator of all things, All Knowing, Eternal love and the Redeemer of Mankind. God has chosen to reveal Himself as 3 unique persons as God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. John 1:1-4.
- His Virgin Birth – Matt 1:23
- His Sinless Life – Heb 7:23
- His substitution sacrifice on the cross – 1 Cor. 15:3
- His Bodily resurrection from the dead – Matt 28:6, 1 Cor. 15:4
- His place at the right hand of God the Father – Acts 2:33
The Trinity:
- The Word Trinity does not appear in scripture however we are confident that throughout scripture the principle and theology of the Tri-une God is given.
The Bible declares the Deity of the Lord Jesus the Christ, The Baptism with the Holy Ghost with other tongues: With the baptism on the Holy Ghost comes a deeper reverence for God, an overflowing fullness of the Spirit, endowment of power for life and for service. 1 Cor. 12:1-31, Acts 8:2-17, Acts 2:42, John 16:5-13
